Wednesday, midweek service time, we are called by God to honor Him with worship, service, and ministry to others.✝️ Since I’ve been “shut in”, I’ll never take worship opportunities for “granted”. Thank goodness I can watch on line, but being there in person means so much. Think of those, who all their lives were faithful in worship, now in personal care homes or confined at home, they can’t worship in person at church.✝️ Father, keep us faithful in worship, help us reach those who are confined, in Jesus’ name, amen.

The ultimate reality when we come to the end of our way is this: “Are we saved?” Nothing else will really matter. Our clock is running - the sand in the hour glass is running at ‘warp speed’! Stressed out? I am.🙄 Paul in Philippians 4 gives us the formula to deal with stress: “Rejoice in the Lord,He is near”! In this stressful world, you know all the elements, just watch the news! Our refuge is in the presence of the Lord; He is near.✝️ “Rejoice, and again I say rejoice, amen!!”

God made us, and we’re all right because God doesn’t make “junk”✝️. With time on my hands, I am aware anew of my physical limitations. I read Psalm 139. David said, “I praise you for I am wonderfully and fearfully made”. Father, thank You for “putting us together”, for saving us, for giving us an eternity to worship and serve You. Thank You for today, amen.

Good morning!🎉He woke us up and started us on our way.✝️ Ephesians 1 tells us that we’re not accidents but part of His deliberate purpose and plan.🎉 There is a divine reason, a purpose and plan for us.✝️ Item one is that we must be in a relationship with Him.✝️ He calls 24/7. Have you answered? As long as there’s life, breath and cognitive thought, He calls.🙏 Would you answer today? Amen.

Facing several decisions, health, family, ministry, you have trusted advisors. You may be facing life changing decisions, yes, let’s talk to trusted advisors, but in Like 6:12, before Jesus chose the 12 apostles, He spent the night in prayer.🙏 Before we make important decisions let’s follow Jesus’ example. Let’s bathe them in prayer.✝️ Father, please guide us in all our life changing decisions, amen.

Want to be “politically correct?” It’s simple; put God first in every thing, and it will all fall in place. In pain? Worship Him. In sorrow? Worship Him. In everything worship Him first. Jesus said, “All who are heavy laden, come to me, and I will give you rest”. Amen and amen!

Hard but true statement, “Something is going to get your children, grand children”, who do you want it to be? Satan is after them dangling every lure that can be thought of☹️ by the world. Jesus, is the only safe place. ✝️ Father, we lift up the children, help us to guide them in Your path, they are precious to us. Jesus said, “Let the little children come unto Me”! Amen.

God gives us opportunities at the least expected moments. While walking out of the church, a young family’s car broke down. I was able to help a little. It was a golden moment; they had been to worship several times.🎉 Oh, thank You, Father, for the golden moments; help us seize them.✝️ This is God’s day; let’s use it wisely, amen.✝️

Thank you for your prayers yesterday.🙏 I was sitting in the waiting area, when the lady, that did the scan on my wife, brought her out and said, “Phil, everything is good!!” Oh, thank You, Father. Today, we have another procedure, and we have to get hair cuts.😅 Please read Matthew 11:28-30. Jesus says He will give us rest, and He does, thank You, Lord, amen.
